Before a booking
Booking terms
The practical terms that apply when an enquiry becomes a confirmed booking.
01
Enquiries and confirmation
Sending the form is a non-binding enquiry. A booking exists only when the service, date, place, total price and any relevant practical terms have been agreed in writing. An automated message confirming receipt of an enquiry is not a booking confirmation.
02
Service and scope
The agreed service is shaped within the description and scope shown on its service page and in the written confirmation. Bodywork offered in Germany is non-medical and does not include diagnosis or treatment of illness or injury. Real Contact and Clarity Sessions are not medical care, psychotherapy or emergency support.
A client is responsible for providing accurate practical information and, for a mobile visit, a quiet and suitable private space. Relevant safety information can be discussed after the initial enquiry; sensitive medical details should not be sent through the enquiry form.
03
Price and additional costs
The standard price for Mobile Bodywork is €140 for 90 minutes of hands-on Bodywork time. A limited introductory offer currently provides ten appointments in Wilmersdorf, Charlottenburg, Schöneberg, Friedenau and Steglitz for €99 each. Both are final consumer prices including applicable VAT. The selected price and availability are confirmed in writing before a booking exists. Please allow around two hours in total for conversation, setup, the session and packing down.
Fresh linens are included. A €10 linen discount applies when the client provides one suitable clean sheet and two large clean towels. This discount applies to the standard rate and does not combine with the €99 introductory offer. Travel is included within Wilmersdorf, Charlottenburg, Schöneberg, Friedenau and Steglitz. Availability and the included travel area can change as the provider works between locations. Any travel supplement outside the listed areas and any unavoidable parking cost must be disclosed and agreed before confirmation.
A Clarity Session is currently €120 for 75 minutes and is available online or in person by agreement. An open Real Contact workshop is currently €55 per person for approximately 2.5–3 hours. A private Real Contact workshop starts at €650 for a group of up to 10 people; any necessary venue or travel cost is stated and agreed in advance.
All amounts quoted to a consumer are total prices including applicable VAT. No unagreed additional charge is added later.
04
Payment and receipts
Payment may be made in cash, by SEPA bank transfer or by another electronic method agreed in advance. Unless another arrangement is stated in the written confirmation, payment for Mobile Bodywork is due after the session on the same day.
For a booking that requires substantial additional travel, a full or partial advance payment may be requested. This will always be stated before the booking is confirmed. Payment is recorded against a unique document number. A numbered electronic receipt or invoice is provided; cash payments are marked as paid in cash.
05
Cancellation and rescheduling
A client may cancel or reschedule without charge by giving at least 24 hours’ notice before the agreed arrival time. A cancellation or request to reschedule received less than 24 hours beforehand may be charged at 50% of the agreed session price.
If the client is unavailable at the agreed place and time, access cannot be obtained, or the agreed suitable private space is not available, this may be treated as non-attendance and charged at up to 100% of the agreed session price. Non-refundable travel costs already incurred may also be charged where they were separately agreed.
Any cancellation charge is reduced by expenses saved and income received from a replacement booking. The client may show that no loss, or a substantially lower loss, occurred. Genuine emergencies will be considered reasonably and individually.
If the practitioner cancels, any amount already paid for the cancelled service will be returned. These cancellation terms do not replace or restrict a statutory right of withdrawal.
06
Statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer and the contract is concluded at a distance, for example by email, or away from the trader’s business premises, you normally have 14 days from the day the contract is concluded to withdraw without giving a reason.
To exercise that right, send an unequivocal statement to hello@ralfserafyna.com or to the postal address in the Legal Notice. It is sufficient to send the statement before the withdrawal period expires.
If you request that a service take place before the 14-day period has ended, you will be asked to make that request expressly in a durable form such as email. If you then withdraw after performance has begun, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for the part already provided. Once the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal ends only if you expressly agreed to early performance and acknowledged that consequence in advance.
The ordinary cancellation policy above applies independently after the withdrawal period has expired or where no statutory withdrawal right applies. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
