02 / Contact

Less performance. More actual contact.

Workshops for practising honest communication while the conversation is happening — with attention to words, silence and everything in between.

01

The practice

Real Contact is not about saying everything that comes to mind. It is about noticing what is true, choosing what to share and staying available for the person in front of you.

We work with live interactions rather than hypothetical ones. The material is what happens in the room.

02

What we explore

  • Listening without quietly preparing the next answer
  • Speaking from direct experience instead of assumption
  • Noticing when contact opens, narrows or disappears
  • Making room for difference without rushing to agreement

03

Inside a workshop

Sessions move between guided invitations, pairs, small groups and shared reflection. You can participate at your own edge; passing is always part of the practice.

No special vocabulary is needed. Curiosity, attention and a willingness to be a little less rehearsed are enough.

04

What it is—and is not

Real Contact is an experiential communication workshop, not group therapy, dating or networking. There is no pressure to disclose more than you choose, and every invitation can be declined.

Client words

What happens in the room—and after.

From the moment I entered the circle, I felt something shift. Real Contact isn't just a group, it's a space where masks gently fall away, where strangers become mirrors, and where people meet each other heart to heart. For the first time in a long time, I felt deeply seen, deeply heard, and completely accepted without needing to be anything other than myself.

Kiera Alexandria

I really enjoyed this workshop. It created a warm, safe, and welcoming space for genuine human connection. The exercises were thoughtfully guided, and I appreciated the open and supportive atmosphere throughout. Thank you for creating such a meaningful experience!

Nadine Baumgartner

I enjoyed my experience with Real Contact. It was a fun and interesting space for both letting go and connecting on a deeper level. Ralf is an intriguing, playful, and welcoming person.

Alexander Gran

We had fun, we felt deep emotions, and we let them be visible in our safe circle. In social situations, I still remember the two sessions I attended and remind myself that connecting is not as difficult or complicated as I think.
